DM NyxTimezone: NZST (UTC+12) Play Time:
Random. Usually evenings, but am around often. DM Style:
I tend to focus heavily on story and character progression, rather than mechanical advancement. While you can expect combat encounters with me, they will not be too often and will always be important to the RP and story as a whole. I appreciate players that can think outside the box, and ask questions! Anything is possible here within reason, and I would love to see some really neat and creative things from our players and help that along as much as I can; so long as you remember that every action has a consequence. I plan on running a series of longer plots, as I do put a lot of effort into the stories I tell - but these can, and will be changed on the fly depending on what your characters do. I enjoy bringing the world to life with small interactions as well. I am a HUGE fan of horror and gothic horror. Expect a lot of this from me. Focuses:
- Atmospheric DMing
- Difficult and moral choices
- High risk, high reward
- Horror, horror, horror
- Emotions
& Reactions - Shady things (Thieves, rogues, assassins)
- Bardic things
- Longer stories
Personal Note:
Singer, guitar player, animal lover and resident Gothic Horror junkie.

DM BrimstoneTimezone:
US Central (UTC -6) Play Time:
Typically around midnight DM Style:
I've cut my NWN PW DMing teeth on the Gothic Horror genre primarily and that's my preferential style. I strive to maintain balance in my encounters with the potential for both adversarial conflicts and roleplaying opportunities. My focus in events and plots is promoting player/character agency and creativity. My perspective of the role of a DM in a PW server is to portray the NPCs and atmosphere of the setting while contributing to the shared, collective narrative. The events and plots formulated are frameworks and the collaborative storytelling between player characters and DM determine the outcomes. Adversity is paramount to any successful narrative and the weight of actions are directly proportional to the potential for consequences, therefore, the PCs' impact can be substantial and their fates are determined by their choices. Focuses:- Story
- Character Development
- Gothic Horror and Psychological Horror
- Moral Dilemmas/Morality
- Subterfuge and Intrigue
- The Dichotomy of Actions/Consequences
- Zealotry and Oppression
Personal Note:
I'm a small business owner and electrical engineer. Hobbies include sports (both watching and participating), roleplaying, fishing, golfing, and turning wrenches (especially anything I can do while enjoying a cold brewski). I'm an avid fan of Chicago sports teams, but currently live in the sweltering heat of Tejas.

DM FalconerTimezone:
AEST (UTC +10) Play Time:
7pm - 11pm. DM Style:
I'm just starting out, so I'll likely keep to short once-off encounters for the time being, and by adding NPC flavor and general ambiance to the setting. When I feel more confident with the DM tools, you can expect to be a part of some longer stories and slow-burn plots. Plenty of potential for players to affect the setting, too, as I enjoy messing around in the toolset. Focuses:- Story
- Character Development
- Rangers and druids
- Moral Dilemmas
- Fate and fortune
- Romance
- Guards and soldiers
Personal Note:
No.
